Ads filled free webinars with thousands of sign-ups a month. Few of those people were working teachers, and fewer went on to talk about a paid qualification.
Diligent connected Paid Ads, Conversion and Lifecycle to the same record of spend, leads, conversations, and closed sales, so every move could be judged on customers, not clicks.
The challenge
Ads filled free webinars with thousands of sign-ups a month. Few of those people were working teachers, and fewer went on to talk about a paid qualification.
What the team found: Paying learners were almost all teachers with two or more years in the classroom who asked about career growth. The campaigns were tuned for webinar sign-ups from anyone, including students and job seekers outside teaching.
What the team did
Dili defined a qualified sign-up as a working teacher who books a career call, and sent that event back to Meta and Google. Max and Gio retrained the campaigns on it. Echo answers every enquiry on WhatsApp, checks teaching experience, and books the call. Luna follows up with webinar attendees who did not book.

The result
Qualified sign-ups up 2.1x in four months on the same budget. Working teachers now book 44% of career calls, up from 18%.
What the system learned: Teachers reply most between 8 and 10 pm, once the next day's lessons are planned. Follow-ups sent then get twice the replies.
“Diligent made every campaign answer one question: did a working teacher book a career call? Our spend now goes where educators actually want to grow, and the pipeline shows it.”
