ACME Poshan sells protein-rich noodles, puffs, and bars made with plant protein. Almost all of the ad budget chased new customers. Fewer than one in five first-time buyers ordered again, and nobody owned the second order.
Diligent connected Lifecycle and Paid Ads to the same record of spend, leads, conversations, and closed sales, so every move could be judged on customers, not clicks.
The challenge
ACME Poshan sells protein-rich noodles, puffs, and bars made with plant protein. Almost all of the ad budget chased new customers. Fewer than one in five first-time buyers ordered again, and nobody owned the second order.
What the team found: Customers who reordered usually did so around day 24, when the first pack ran out. Buyers of the variety pack reordered at twice the rate of single-product buyers.
What the team did
Luna sends a WhatsApp reminder on day 21 with the last order ready to repeat in one tap, and a product suggestion based on what the customer bought. Max moved part of the prospecting budget to past buyers and pointed first-time ads at the variety pack.

The result
Repeat orders up 64% in four months, repeat share of revenue from 19% to 31%.
What the system learned: A one-tap reorder link beats a discount code. Most repeat buyers did not need an offer, just a reminder.
